    Default Betcris withdrawal 'costs'

Did others experience the same? I made two withdrawals from Betcris, last friday and this friday. I requested twice 1700 Euro so that the amount was below 2500 USD and therefore fee free (my Cris account and my Moneybookers account are in Euro).
The first time Betcris deducted 1681 from my betting account and sent it to Moneybookers. It is no problem that they sent 1681 instead of 1700. The problem is that in my Moneybookersaccount arrived only 1667 Euro. I decided not to complain because of 14 Euro.
But when I made the second withdrawal this friday, from the 1706 Euro Cris deducted from my betting account only 1671 reached the Moneybookers account which means I lost again 35 Euro. The overall loss is 50 Euro now even if altogether I only withdrew a rather small amount.
I think one cannot explain costs of 50 Euro with currency converting only. Betcris really has to solve this problem.

Live chat always told me useless things like 'be aware that withdrawals may last 7-10 working days' or 'if you reqeust 1700 Euro the amount we send may differ a few Euros' but they couldn't explain the big amount of missing money. Finally Betcris sent me 18.72 Euro more but at the same time deducted the amount from my account so that the over all loss is still 50 Euro. I only mention this 18.72 Euro as amazingly in this case the exact amount which Betcris sent reached my Moneybookers account so it seems to be possible to send correct amounts ... if they want...

Hello Kiwi, I have a betcris account in Euro too and it is the same.
It is very interesting that they are able to send money in Euro with a moneybookers account. It would prevent a lot of losses for their customers if they used it on a regular basis.

Yes, they obviously do have a Moneybookers account in Euro! I checked my Moneybookers account and noticed that when they send me the money from karen@betcris.com they send it in USD so that I must pay lots of fees but if they send it from karen_m@betcris.com the money arrives in Euro without fees. It makes me really angry that most of the time they use the USD-account to pay me causing me unnessesary losses even if I chose Euro when I do the withdrawal from their site.

I don`t use books that charge fees for withdrawing,it`s hard enough to make it in the first place and it saves me getting angry with them.

You are right but the problem is that I still have 12000 Euro in my Cris account and will lose approximately 200 Euro until I have withdrawn everything (I withdraw in small portions as only on fridays withdrawals are 'free' up to an amount of 2500 USD which is about 1760 Euro). 'Free' means that BetCris doesn't take additional fees on Fridays apart from the costs caused be currency converting. Which is especially annoying as BetCris HAS a Moneybookers account in Euro but just doesn't use it!

I had a lot of problem with BetCris as well. However i have an Euro account at BetCris and Moneybookers as well and always received the money from their Euro account without having to pay any fees.
Don't waste u'r time with their live chat donkeys.
They are clueless and lie all the time.
If u have a real problem always ask to talk to a manager.

Have experienced the same problems as Kiwi exactly. Have also some ten thousands of euros there waiting to be withdrawn. But I don't want to pay hundreds of euros for these stupid unnecessary conversions.
A few weeks ago I was also payed by their euro account, so I thougt it was finally solved, but the 2 times after that it was in USD--> Euro again.
    It makes me sick too.

As I complain if necessary, I should also be fair in case the problem is solved: Betcris credited me back the lost money into my betting account now and wrote that there was "an error in our system".

If they also have solved the problem for future withdrawals I will see tomorrow when I will withdraw another portion of my balance.

I would be very surprised if they have now completely solved it.
But please post it here tomorrow then.
Also let me know which the email address was that you received the money from.
    Thanks in advance.

Hi, as you asked me to send a report: BetCris told me they couldn't do anything against the fees in case it happens again, but they also would reimburse the fees again.
But even if I requested the withdrawal today, it seems they won't send it today (I guess Monday then...). I can tell you later how it continues.

I got the money already now and it had been sent from their Euro-account. Therefore this time there were no costs. Of course I cannot know how they will pay in future.

And still it's not solved. They stilll say it goes about "random" which account they use for paying out: the USD or Euro account.

I think that's really bad CS for the European customers.
