I don't recall any new slow pay complaints about them NG. You might want to double check with Lakerfan or Justin though, because I believe they could better answer your question.

I will say this much though. You always have to be extremely careful when dealing with any Capilleira book, because of there past troubles with some of there turnkey operations.

It depends what you see as Ultimate-Odds. If you buy into what they say about each of those sites having their own unnamed owner depsite all being ran by the same operation you might give them a clean bill of health....If you see it as hosted by a company that facilitates potential scams and care that sister sites have already stiffed players...
