Default Bwin Does Not Proceed My Withdrawal!!!

I Sent Bwin The Following E - Mail :
Photo Id And Credit Card - Please Proceed With My Withdrawal
I Made An Outpayment Of 738 Eyros By Credit Card On Wednesday 3 October And I Still Don't See Any Funds In My Credit Card Account.
Please Verify My Personal Data I'm Sending You With This E-mail (id & Credit Card Copy) And Proceed With My Withdrawal As Soon As Possible. Thank You In Advance.
Since Then No Money, No Answer. Please Could You Help Me And Notify Them About My Outpayment? I Heard You Have A Good Rapport With Bwin, And Maybe You Are My Only Hope To Get My Money Back.

Onlooker thank you. I already did and I'm waiting for answer, but I must say I have a bad feeling about Bwin. I feel they lie to me and cover theiir lies with fake excuses.

Freddie,

I received your complaint, responded to you, and wrote Bwin. I would not panic over this - the payout request is barely a week old.

Sounds like the same pattern the "old" G2G used on me. They ended up giving me a good screwing. Be prepared.

What do you mean by saying "They ended up giving me a good screwing" and who is G2G? You mean mean they never paid you and Bwin will do the same with me. I feel scared from what I hear

The "old" G2G is a poker site which was run by FutureBet. I was told to make a withdrawal because they were moving. When I requested a withdrawal, they told me to send them a bunch of ID including utility bills which I did. I never got my money and they will not answer my emails. I filed a complain at PokerRoomReview and PRR contacted the new owner. Who fed them a bunch of bull shit which they printed. I sent PRR a rebuttal which was not printed. The post stood as printed. So I got ripped off plus I was make out to be a fool. I hope this does not happened to you but you have gotten the warning signs.

I think we should all go to the elite books rated with 'A+' to deposit our money and bet. Then we 'll have some chances to get our money back. That's my opinion. The rest of the books are dangerous from my expeirience. They don' t mind if you get paid or not and you have to push them to get your money back. This is unprofessional and unacceptable too for a company.

Freddie,

Bwin stated that they just received your ID documents a few days ago.

Hello!

I wouldn't be afraid If I were you.

Bwin is a serious and big company (although they have some major issues with limiting accounts to incredibly low limits!), and they will pay you - I received hundreds of outpayments from them, and I always received what I withdrawed.

If this is your first withdrawal (as it is in your case), it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your money (yes, this is a little long time), but it usually takes abt. 1 week for them to pay out a first request...Imho you will receive your money soon if everything is ok with your documents.

So fixxer you mean that for the first withdrawal takes always 2 weeks but things will get better after? However I don't understand the reason for this delay. I mean slow service is a disadvantage for every betting company and in this way they give bwin a bad name.

Default A different problem at bwin

I jumped on the steam on the greek div 2 match yesterday.
Put a match bet and a correct score bet on at bwin, both settled as winners and then in the evening, both bet winnings withdrawn and relisted as pending.

It doesn't seem to me like a safe book. The only other book I heard of doing this was Betchance on a previous match... say no more.

I directly uploaded my id and put in a withdrawal request for my remaining balance so am hoping at least that will be OK.

That was only yesterday so too early to expect a first withdrawal, but also I've received only an automated reply to my email enquiry so far.

That is my experience also, the first withdrawal took a while.

Normally Bwin finally pays. But if you withdraw more than 5000 Euro it may last up to two weeks.

I see Justin mentioned above that they received your ID info. So I'm assuming this one turned out OK for you Freddie?

The payout delay problem here is not a one-off.

Bwin requires proof of ID that they ask for once a player requests a withdrawal.

If a player deposits 30 Euro, collects a 30 Euro bonus, and quickly turns it into 5000+ Euro, they scrutinize the account to ensure it isn't a bonus hustle.

Thanks Justin, I supplied all the ID at the time of making my wd request, have about the same total as Freddie, in my case no bonus involved.

One week after I requested the w/d and uploaded ID documentation, this message from bwin:

Please be advised that your account is currently under investigation by our Secuirty Department. It is hoped that this investigation will be finished in a week.

I have never had this from any other book; all my ID is in order.
Advise giving this book a wide berth.

I don't know if SBR had anything to do with this, but I've been paid out in full today.
Thank you for the support given here.

Hope freddie had a good outcome too.
