Costa Rican bank question
I requested a payout from a book. The book tells me that "Bank of Costa Rica" is closed from December 23rd to January 1st, so they cannot process my wire until January 2d. There are a lot of other things about this payout request that I'll not raise unless I have to escalate.
does anyone know with CERTAINTY that this is true or false? I don't want to start a slow-pay complaint unless I am sure.

Daringly, as I stated before at EOG, banks are opened for business from Monday to Thursday of this week. Friday most banks will be closed.
So I guess you are being slow paid.
