Why can't Pinnacle come back to U.S.?
From what I understand, the reason Pinnacle probably left the U.S. is b/c they had guys over on U.S. soil doing business. If they have removed all of these people, then why not be like the others and just stay off of U.S. soil. My guess is that the U.S. let them off the hook with some type of agreement. I believe they would have been prosecuted but agreed to never allow business to U.S. customers again. I've heard people say that they will probably come back once things get back to normal but I personally don't see that happening.
