Not for pros. Not even close. A buddy of mine just got kicked out for winning about 20k in the racebook since April. Took three weeks to get paid.

I knew that the DPT Sports Group (Jazz,ABCIsland, and Looselines) just changed their rules on horses last week, but I didn't missed this one. When did these new rules go into effect?

I received the rebate in early September, took a month off, started betting again in October and noticed no rebate on my small-track bets.
