Cris Customer service-Freebet rules, no consistency.
Hi,
Starting to get really frustrated with Cris CS.
I have been given 5 different answers by 5 different CS reps, the problem is they have changed their free play rules as they are running a promo for moneybooker deposits, but not published them.
The question.
"Can the free play now be used for soccer?"
The Answers
"Yes"
"No"
"Only on goal lines"
"If the freebet box appears, then yes"
"Please hold , , ,,,,,,,, plonk"
All I want is a definitive answer from Cris, can anyone here help?
ask for a copy of the freeplay rules... they should have some kind of page or be able to email them to you... follow them and you should be fine...
