Visa gift cards ?
I have a couple of these left over from the war. Are there any sportsbook that still take these?

i'm not sure. but if books won't take them, you could use them to maybe purchase a card(like a calling card) that some books except.

You might want to sign up for a SafePay Account at SafePay.CC and use your Visa Gift Card to fund the Virtual Visa that comes with the SafePay Account.
You can use the Virtual Visa to make deposits.
