I keep getting emails from Diamonds reps offering me 25% freeplays.
But they have email addresses that can not be replied to, such as newoffers@2betdsi.com.
So when I contact the CS department to get in touch with the rep I either get no reply or told they can add the bonus but it will only be a 10% FP.
Does anyone have any contact emails for their sales department?

I made a ** deposit at DSI a month ago, and it took 4 hours and a couple live chats to get my acct credited. Then, 2 weeks later they said they couldn't pick it up and told me they were freezing my account(which they never did). I gave them the same details I gave them when I made the transfer(really glad I held on to the paperwork) and haven't heard from them since.

I let them know that this was a terrible 1st impression and they couldn't have cared less.

I would just stay away. BetJamaica will give you a similar offer with much better cs.
