I can confirm two of three Louie Diamonds statements:

1. Yes, MyBookie/Nine.com has a losers only policy. They profile their customers. You can play there if you are a loser/sucker. Nine.com will readily admit it too as all people that win get their accounts closed with an e-mail explaining their policy of losers only.

2. Yes, MyBookie STIFFED a bettor of $85,000. Apparently this bettor was a loser in the past so MyBookie let him make large wagers. He caught a hot streak, when the player requested his money, MyBookie STIFFED him. After weeks of negative posting by myself and others, the book rolled over and paid.

I can confirm that nine.com actually double your winnings if you are on a hot streak. They have done this countless times, especially if they think you are sharp.

Of course, like yourself, I just made that up.

All rather pointless posts.

I think that is the nugget of truth in this.

I may be the cynical type and I am down on bookies as much as the next man ... but, put it this way, you wouldnt be the first person to try and 'blackmail' a bookie by threatening negative posting in order to get cash.

The giveaways, among others, are

- posters appearing with no introdution to themselves or the situation but launch a full-blooded scathing attack

natrass, hopefully Diamond set you straight. I post at The RX and other places. If you read Nine.com's own posts at these other forums, they readily admit, if you win, you're gone. This is not a sportsbook, but a deposit only operation.

The $85,000 stiff job by MyBookie was criminal. They refused to pay. The player was forced to settle for pennies on the dollar and had to sign an agreement not to say anything. Once he got part of his money, he found out about these forums. SBR, among others got him paid. Posters like me will keep the spotlight on these shit books.

In your case I think most respectable businesses would have replaced your equipment. It was left on their property and it was stolen hnce they are responsible. Of course they never shared their version so I will assume your version is correct.

FWIW Chuck is correct about what he wrote. That 85k thing has been well documented. As for the kind of players they want I don't think that is the end of the world, certain books target certain players. I don't hold that against them.

On the Lou Diamond thing I honestly didn't think it was $20,000 but there was surely a dollar figure involved. Wasn't most of it cameras and recording equipment? Whatever the actual dollars that too did go on, it was a HOT topic about 4-5 years ago.

John, as you and I both know, Major Wager was formed and built on this issue. Grand Central was their 1st advertiser and it was clearly a payoff to shut me up with no regard for the turth whatsoever. Major has proven time and again he will go to ANY length to to continue his crooked life of lies. Simply put, he is a very small and shallow man with a site that was built from stealing from others. That being said, it's about time someone else had enough balls to post the truth about this.

Next question is, how do we get your advertiser to compensate me? I know I can cause a little stink with a publically traded company employing such felons. But as you (and Mike) know, I'm really not interested in such tactics (unless this becomes fruitless). I would just like to get what is rightfully mine and than end this. Not to mention the fact that you'd be a hero among posters to end this saga once and for all while proving to everyone (once again) why Major is as crooked as they come.
