Please don’t' tell because they put a restriction on how much props you can bet. No book owes a player a living.
They are good guys and always pay

I m a new in WagerWeb.They have an extremely aggressive policy in bonus as long as you lose money there. They offer a 10$ bet every week, 20% reload bonus, loyalty programme that gives back 1% of your total wagered money during the week and other promotions.
If you win...then the problems appear. There is a X10 roll over requirement wich is ''too much''.
I still havent withdraw something from them, but i have the feeling that they are a very nice book, if you give your money there and take it back from an other book.

nikosgr,
the 10x roll isn't too much. You might not realize it, but you can withdraw your winnings at any time. At one point I was also like you and got scared away by the 10x roll. But then BAUS was nice enough to point out the fine print to me. WHen you take into account the 1% back, and the ability to withdraw winnings, it really is a very generous bonus.

Since they let you withdraw your winnings (even if you haven't met the roll yet) it isn't that bad. The only negative with this book in my eyes is the $20 per $1000 Neteller fee, and also the $1000 Neteller limit per day.
Other than that, great book.

You are right in this...it seems that it escaped from my attention.
Let me also add this:I used their live chat 3-4 times and i must say that never before i have met a faster CS.For example, i requested my 10$ free bet, and it was in my account in...2 seconds...yes...2 seconds. But on the other hand, i noticed that their live help was not manned on Dec 26 morning (GMT+2) time.It seems that they were celebrating.
Also, i think that they are very solid, since many ppl (like me) are going there just to lose.
In any case i will have to agree with Heysosamakeamove, i think they deserve something more than C.

One of my favorite outs.

IMO C is too high for these guys. If you are not a winner you will be treated good. But even if you play there for years and then start to win you will first get an email telling you you must bet 5 times regular action for all prop action which will cause you to stop betting props. Then you will get an email telling you though your business is welcome you are no longer eligible for their weekly loyalty program even though you were all the years you lost there. THEN if that is not enough you will receive an email telling you you must bet 5 times Daily volume for any live in game betting you do. Mind you this is with paltry 250 limits as are the prop limits.
You will get paid but if you are a winner and getting this treatment it will cost you a lot to withdraw your funds too.
They used to be good but they are below a C now IMO. Too many good books out there to play at where winners and losers are treated alike.

Overall some good feedback.
This is one of those tough books to rate. Management, in our opinion, has been heavy handed in close disputes.
We will take a closer look at their rating.

Great thread. Wagerweb is a book I have largely avoided the last couple years, but based on this thread I might give them a shot. Great information guys.

I call the props in. How can they complain if they take it over the phone ?Originally Posted by wanderer

I was informed that their promotion of 10$ free prop bet every week was ended yesterday.
SBR Founder Join Date: 8/26/2005
they not only discontinued me from using their loyalty program, they confiscated the money i had accrued for the week without even the courtesy of an email.
i called an asked them what was going on and they said i will have to send an email to dave@wagerweb. i asked them to transfer me to him and they wouldnt; she was very nice about it tho.
they did send me 3 cashiers check very quickly for my balance at a cost of 110 (10+50+50)
besides their bonus and loyalty points they have the most beatable live betting ive ever seen so you might want to check that out.
im just glad i received my money and a "c" rating seems about right.

Brooks,
I am scheduled to speak with Dave later this week. Feel free to send me the details of what happened to your loyalty points. The feedback is appreciated.

Wagerweb is a solid paying book, in fact they faster than CRIS. If I put in a NT now to WW and CRIS, the WW one would hit first.

how about their low payout limits and high fees? they are amateur hour
