High School. Funny you should say that. You are correct about there being tons of money in high school.
I too can remember making tons of cash.
Two others and myself used to run a good little racket. Every day we would skip class and take all three lunch periods. The three of us would fan out and ask ugly girls for lunch money. A dollar here a dollar there. People in the hall ways. All during lunch period.........5 days a week. We would pool it for 30 days and split it...then repeat the process.
Weed sales took place before the 1st class started in the morning. Available in $5 or $10 packets.
Craps games held in the bathroom...$1 min/$5 max.
Blackjack at the lunch table....again$1 min/$5 max.
There were also kids who would buy candy bulk and sell it at retail right out of backpacks in the hallways.
P.S. If I crapped out and the kid I was playing was talking or didn't look at my roll....I was so quick I would call out a different point, snatch the dice and have them spinning on the bathroom floor before he even knew what was going on.
Tons of money in high school.
