    Default betonline

    Any opinions on them. Has anyone gotten a payout yet?

    I was going to join them, they had an ad that stated they took **** and **. When I asked "we are not able to process ** at this time". Shady, at least it appears that way to me.

    Formerly Bestline, I have been with them for 5+years. Never a major problem, but I don't know why thet accept e mails as they haven't answered any of my past 7 over the years. Once, last year it took them a couple of weeks and 4-5 phone calls to get paid. They used to run big contests, but not so anymore. The -105 juice is a big plus, software is easy to use (but sometimes not compatible with AOL)..............I am still with them, so they must be OK ,IMO.

    Default Here are books with better customer service

    Betonline customer service is not good. Emails to their payout department go unanswered. Multiple chat sessions are needed to initiate withdrawals, which they only process between 9 AM and 1 PM. I still can't get a tracking number from them for a package that supposably went out yesterday.

    Here are some books with great customer service: WSEX, OLYMPIC, LEGENDZ, PINNACLE, INTERTOPS, JAMAICA, BODOG. Stick to these, in my opinion.

    I decided to let Betonline prove itself first. If they're still among the A books in two or three years, I'll give them a shot. Their high rating is based on the experience of the team; not on performance as BOL.

    The management team may be experienced, but they are making bad decisions its not just inexperienced underpaid clerks. How many A books only process withdrawals at 9 AM? How many A books require phone calls to withdraw, rather than allowing the filling out of a simple form? I don't like the service by CRIS, bookmaker, and betmaker either. It is bad.

    Stick to WSEX, Matchbook, Olympic, Jamaica, Legendz, Bodog, VIP, Intertops, Pinnacle (if you can bet there), in my opinion and let betonline and CRIS full around and charge fees to someone else.

    I agree with the SBR poster's poll 100% by the way.

    This is a book that got into the A ratings way too fast for my taste, i would stay away. Remember Cascade folks - backed by BestLine won´t help you, neither will experienced management and all that coz noone can look into their heads..

    There are only a handful of books where you dun need to worry about your $$$, and for me BetOnline is not one of them.

    This is not a new book. I think some are still confused about the name change. This book has been going strong and growing for 4 years. They were Bestlines.com and then they bought BetOnline because they wanted the name, hence the name change.

    I agree they have to continue to improve and they will. So far this year they are #1 in signing up new players. We were very worried on how they would handle the increase as I mentioned before. So far we are getting a lot of positive feedback. Now lets see them improve on some of those out-dated policies like payout request times.

    The important thing is that I've always gotten ** payouts either the same or next day. It just seems like not every customer service person there is on the same page. If you call 10 times you may get 10 different answers to questions. They almost always try to help though.

    I requested a payout Sept 24 via ***************.

    Was told it would take 3-5 business days.


    We are on business day 8 and still havent been paid.

    sergfro, you should call them and ask to talk to a manager. If there is a problem with the *************** the customer service people will never catch it. They'll just keep telling you that it should be in your account tomorrow. If one number is off or something it will not go through.
