based on the earlier posts about the feds not allowing checks, debit or ************ to be allowed, how the hell do we collect our payouts from books if we can't even cash their checks? it seems a little ridiculous to go through all of this football season and then not even be able to cash out. I have also heard that they will require ** and ** to do the same so with them gone, i am at a loss as to how to get money from a book. i realize these regulations will be difficult to manage, but if they do go into effect, we could be screwed.

Right now, I have had all the checks sent by my book clear. It took around a month to get the check, but the money was there.

Since the pending regs for the Anti-Gambling laws are still in a comment period, it is unlikely your current means of getting a payout by check are cut off. It may take your book longer, and they may delay the payoff, but I am sure they will try to get the check they send you to clear somehow because the book doesn't want to lose your business (if it a reputable book).

In the near future, I would limit the amount to put in your book to something you can afford to part with, and cash out any excess amounts you win.

If the banks cave into the legislation regs, there will likely be some 3rd party method to get a payout. If it ever gets to the point where ** is the only option to get a payout, I would likely cash out totally (and pray that it was still available).

Checks. Checks clear. I've cashed a LOT of money that way without a problem, as long as you're willing to wait a month or so.

If you take a withdrawal from Bet Jamaica and The Greek and you could receive your fed ex check within two days, they are the fastest of any book currently.
