Default The Pats got Moss for a stinking 4th rounder??

I say BS. Needs to be an investigation on that too!

I dont like the Pats but they are smart, play hard and are classy when they are not pulling some shady business like getting Moss for a 4th rounder. WTF did they have on Al Davis anyway?

Funny thing is that the packers just offered like a 5th or 6th round pick for him and wouldn't go up to a 4th!!!!! That got Brett all mad after the draft. Pats just offered the most for him and got him!!!

Moss was worthless because his contract was 12million. He would have been cut if not traded

So how in hell did the Pats fit him in under the cap?

In all seriousness, you got to hand it to the Pats as painful as that is to admit. Smart move.

He tore up his contract, he said he would only do that for the Patriots. I didn't know the Packers actually offered a pick for him, I doubt they would have paid him that much money

As much fun as it was to tease Bill on the spying stuff, you really got to give the guy his respect. His team is making a statement, and looks like it will be on a good roll for quite a while, I think I really realized how much his players do care about him after they beat San Diego and they all started hugging him. I kinda felt glad for the guy in his little moment there, bottom line is he's a HOF coach and is doing one phenomenal job.

Brady actually had to restructure to stay under the cap, then they tore up the deal Moss has a 1 year 3 million dollar contract now

He said last year that he wanted a ring before he retired. So that would explain is motivation and production numbers this year. Lets face facts here. He only shows up when he wants too, and with this "ring motivation factor" coming into play. Well, the Pats got a steal.

It was funny how Brady got all giddy during the post interview when the reporter asked him about Moss... He said something like, "I just throw him the ball and he catches everything..." The Pats definitely got a good deal on Moss.

Moss basically controlled the trade. Yes, the Raiders were lucky to get anything at all. Plus, Moss was willing to leave millions and millions on the table to be able to control his destiny. Was it worth it for Moss? So far, I'd say definitely.

Hes playing hard now and is always the best receiver in the game when he plays hard. The funny thing is all the people who said he wasn't good anymore.

Brett was right whe he wanted this guy, if Moss stays healthy this year he will have his greatest year. H ehas never had a real qb like this and vice versa.

Randy I bet has been promised huge money on the side if he behaves and plays well.

It's not like they wouldn't have traded him somewhere else for better if someone had offered better.
