WSEX great service, Betonline not so good
Wsex, withdrawal transfer to Olympic, mid 4 figure amount done in 15 minutes.
Wsex, check withdrawal, took less than 30 seconds to request online, arrives in 6 business days.
Betonline, took a 30 minute chat to request check, had to then call payouts department at 9 am to confirm the withdrawal and talk for another 20 minutes, check has not yet arrived. In order to make a **** deposit requires a phone call, whereas other books can do this with a short form and click of the mouse.
WSEX is leaps and bounds better than betonline, not even in the smae league.

Betonline has always paid me right away via **, either the same or next day. Sometimes its a pain requesting the withdrawal, but these days you can't complain if you get paid.
I'd still be careful with BetOnline, but that's just me.

Do you know something about them? I've never had a balance that high to really care that much, maybe 3 grand at the most and then I'll withdraw
I'll never keep my balance above 5k any online book anymore.
One is an A+ sportsbook and the other is an A- sportsbook. If the A- book ever wants to see A+ they should appreciate comments like those of the poster.
BetOnline has done a great job handling a surge in new business. But they won't be able to match an A+ book like WSEX this year. It takes a while to get really good in all departments of running a big time book.

I'm sure they will pay me, but they make it such a pain.
I am hoping they read these boards and will improve.
I had to talk to them again on chat today for 30 minutes because they did not receive 2 identical emails sent to them yesterday.
They can not process my withdrawal today, because withdrawals are only processed between 9 am and 1 pm.
This book has some things to learn before they can enter the same league as the other A rated books.
They are not at A- now, they are at B-.

I've also noticed that with withdrawals they give you the runaround. The'll tell you one thing and then when you call another person will tell you something else. You might have to call back 3-4 times. There never on the same page. And nobody there will ever take the blame for anything or offer an apology. That being said I've always gotten paid.
They still have not taken the money out of my account, that I originally requested to be withdrawn on Sunday. This is after talking to two separate people on chat - one early Monday mornaing at 2 AM, and another early this morning at 2AM. I have sent their payouts department 5 emails now. They answered one and promised my payout would be processed today, during their window of 9 AM until 1 PM, but the money continues to sit in my account.
update: they did not process my withdrawal, because I would lose my freeplay if they processed my withdrawal. However, I was warned during the chat conversations that this would happen and told them this was fine with me. They also never sent me an email explaining the reason for the delay, they waited for me to contact them to tell me.
Louis, this has happened to me more than once. If you don't call them back and harrass them about payouts they will never let you know there is a problem. Also you will have to explain the situation to each new person you talk to. Sometimes it is frustrating.
Could it be that the reduced juice books, fall down in the service area. Betonline offers -105 sides, I have read on this forum that books can't make it with less than -110. Maybe its kind of like they have to cut expenses to offer that -105. Wsex is a full -110 book, but with better service.

Update: finally have tracking number 8 days later
According to the tracking number they sent me, the payment left Panama today. This is 8 days after requested. If they waited until today to process my payout, this is bad. This is a mid 4 figure amount. I am surprised it had to go through so many approvals, or that their service is so bad.
WSEX and Olympic send out payments within 24 hours, and they arrive 2 days later. They have paid me this way low 5 figure amounts.
What we have is two books that deserve their A rating, and one that does not.
JJGOLD, I disagree that they are a C book. I would put them at B-. This means they are still a better than average sportsbook, but after the neteller fiasco - having my money stolen for 6 months - I can't deal with books that are less than outstanding.

Check arrived today from Panama. It was sent yesterday. Fed Ex has overnight delivery from Panama, which is interesting. That's how long it could take you to receive your withdrawal, if Betonline wanted to be fast. The total amount of time waiting 9 days is ok, the problem is having to ask them over and over, no responses to email, and only processing during certain hours.
This book is B-, in my opinion. If they started answering all email promptly, especially email to payouts@betonline.com, and had an online automated system to take withdrawal requests 24/7, they could potentially make it to be an A book at some point in time.

Either this is a strange business indeed, or the A- is unwarranted, if it takes over a week for them to bother doing their fundamental job (moving money back and forth, including to the customer).

Man, I have won a substantial addional amount with these guys (betonline) - following the mon night game. At the same time I have lost at WSEX and Olympic on some other bets related to this game. I would have rather won at WSEX and Olympic, than at betonline.
I am dissapointed that betonline can not now transfer money to WSEX and Olympic rather than forcing me to do another check withdrawal, and then having to ** or ** to Olympic and/or WSEX to keep everything balanced out.
I like having my funds diversified across three countries, jamaica (olympic), antigua (wsex) and panama (bet online). My thinking is that once one deals with A books it is governments that are the biggest security threat.
I put in another withdrawal request at betonline and will keep everyone posted. It seems like they are processing it without needing to be reminded this time; and without the need to wake up at 9 AM and call them. I did complain to them directly about the hassle last time around and they promised to do better. I want to thank them for listening.
