• Date: August 27th-28th, 2010
• Venue: Golden Nugget, Las Vegas

1. Travel reimbursement: SBR will reimburse travel expenses (up to US$300) for SBR Forum posters who joined the forum prior to January 1st, 2009 AND have achieved a minimum of 250 posts at the time of Bash registration. This offer is limited to the first 50 qualified posters to register, SBR reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to refuse reimbursement to restricted/banned posters and to owners/employees of SBR competitors. You must supply an airline receipt/ paper statement of some kind showing the expense incurred.
2. Room reservations: SBRforum will require a 25 SBRpoint security deposit in order to secure your room reservation. Please provide notice at least one month in advance if you will be unable to attend the 2010 SBR Bash. Posters that attend the SBR bash will be credited 100 SBRpoints on Monday August 30th.
3. Hotel accommodations: All eligible posters with at least 100 posts that wish to attend the SBR bash will have hotel accommodations provided through Aug 27th-28th provided their entry is reserved here during the allotted time-frame. Hotel check in begins Friday August 27th at 3PM, check out time is at 11AM Sunday August 29th. SBR will cover the cost of the room and taxes, however posters will still need to leave a CC deposit when they check-in to cover incidental expenses, room service, pay-per-view movies, meals charged to rooms, etc.
   
   
4. Who is NOT eligible to attend?: Banned posters; posters set to 'Restricted' status; posters that are no longer able to earn SBRpoints due to infractions committed.

Planned Events

• Friday Night Icebreaker w/ entertainment.
• Saturday morning golf tournament.
• Saturday afternoon poker tournament.
• Saturday night dinner / entertainment.

Bummer I missed the deadline for airline by 8 months. Gonna see if I can still convince the girl to foot the bill. LOL.

what do you mean travel $ money cutoff Bobby, I thought it was first 50 who sign up or do you mean you couldn't find a flight under $300 so you don't have to pay anything, confused with your post.

yes, I currently have a loan that I make payments on daily but I blog daily as well and receive points for it so I can do that.

You would need to be re-added to the Points program, as I recall you requested specifically to forgo your loyalty point earning?
