    Default New CRIS Website

Can anyone figure out how to check your loyalty points, or did they do away with them altogether.

I don't know why they don't just leave the website alone ... it may not be any worse, but at first glance, it certainly doesn't look any better.

I cannot find it and site looks real bad. I might be announcing a major downgrade of Cris because of this.

I am tired of books trying to win a design contest

I also don't like the fact that it opens a brand new window every time you check Open Wagers or History.

On their homepage, before you log in, it talks about the Loyalty Program, so I guess they're not getting rid of it ... but I still haven't figured out how to check your Points balance once you've logged in.

I hate the new Cris site. I use mozilla and I can't click on anything but playing straight games.

    Check Loyalty points.
click on about us and then you'll see loyalty program. Click on it and you'll see your points.

You can still use the old site v1.betcris.com to view your loyalty points.
Wonder why I can't see any lines or wager games on the old web site, anyone?

    I just spoke to CRIS.

The on-line Loyalty Points feature should be working in 24 hours. In the meantime, you have to phone in for them.

Regarding the Mozilla issue, apparently you can be set up for this by clicking on the 4 EASY STEPS button which is more-or-less on the top left once you are logged in. If you are still having a problem it was suggested you give them a phone call. You will not be stuck just being able to play straight games.

I just placed a couple of bets. I'm usually not one to complain, but it's REALLY, REALLY BAD.

CRIS is now allowing handicappers to sell picks on their site!

    LMAO!

This book is really making some strange decisions.

A C+ ? Dam JJ thats a pretty severe drop.

They do fiddle with their website more than any book I know. BoDog changed theirs recently and most of the comments we get are negative. Makes you wonder.

Pinnacle's is the best website and no one is a close second.

I would love to be a consulant and make like $1,500 a day. ANd just tell these books "copy Pinnys website, that'll be $1500 please".

SBR ......The best software platform is wagerstreet. I have said it for 4 years now. It is worth approx 15 million.

Pure text and geared for gamblers

Funny thing though JJ is I think every book that licensed that software either went broke or quickly handed it back. At the end I don't think anyone but Wagerstreet was using it.

I liked Bob but Bill or whatever his name was behind that software was not a very nice person.

I agree with JJ. Wagerstreet's Software is outstanding. The only other Book I know that uses it now is BetAllSports. Other independant books with horrible software(IMO) like CRIS, Bowmans, Legendz, The Jazz Group(ABC Islands) would be wise to dump their current stuff when/if they can and look into simplifying with Wagerstreet's. I assume they still sell/lease it out, like they did for Camelot.

Another major flaw with the new website .... I have placed 7 or 8 baseball bets using the new software. For moneyline bets, even though I keep choosing Listed Pitchers, the software keeps showing Action on the confirmed tickets ... and when you look at Pending Wagers, even Runline bets are showing as Action as opposed to Listed Pitchers.

You heard it here first, SBR folks ... so if there's a pitching change tomorrow, and I get the shaft, you can go to bat for me.

What the players see on the front-end is probably only half of what the book takes into account when they make their decision. Managing accounts and the eWallet system on the back-end may be more important to some.

IQL for example is great for books with a lot of credit biz and is why a sportsbook like Legendz doesn't want to make a swap. It is no small task. Although, it would be nice to see them get some IQL updates. When I first go in there after a while I need to remind myself how to show the leagues.

    Halifax,
I know CRIS is debugging as we speak so keep them coming.

I am still running very elaborate tests on Cris and should have more later. I have over 40k in there and do not want to pull it out so we are waiting on de bigging, ect.

Cris still minus the software is an A- book.

The only good thing about the cris upgrade is that they got rid of that stpid little box on the right side where you would click to place your wager or refresh the screen. That stupid bok would always cover a bunch of lines. Otheriwise the old site was just fine.
