My friend recently got a check from sportsbook that he has been waiting for 3 months for $600. The problem is the check doesn't even look like a check, more like a piece of paper. It has no place to sign on the back and has no "water marks" or security features on the front. He tried to cash it at 4 banks and they all said no.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, what can he do?
