JJ is a fictional character made up by a New York writer who also wrote for such great shows as Taxi, Saturday Night Live and Letterman. The guy on the video is just an SBR actor who tours and does great Shakespearean plays as King Lear, Othello, and A summer Nights Eve, and does this as a goof for the SBR staff when he is not touring to pick up some extra change.
