    Default Cascade update 9/24/07

We are presently trying to negotiate a settlement. This process may take a few more days.

In the meantime, Bill will make a post today with the purpose of collecting players information for those who wish to use the current initiatives in an attempt to recover funds.

Providing your account balance and other information will not commit you to be apart of future legal proceedings. Should all negotiations fail a legal class will be formed. At that point we will further explain the pluses and minuses for joining the class.

Thats great to hear SBRJohn, good work and getting these peoples funds back from them, I am glad I am not with them but just in case if the one that I am with has problems then I know you guys will be there. I just hope everything works out and you don't have to go through a class action lawsuit down there, it sure is a pain to do that and it takes up lots of time too. I just hope everything gets worked out and it doesn't have to go that far.

    John,

Your efforts on getting the players money back shows a genuine concern about us and I for one truly appreciate it.

SBR-John, can you be more specific when you say you are negotiating a settlement...with who? Are you negotiating with Cascade? If not, what you mean by "trying to negotiate a settlement"? By when would those interested need to contact you with info to be part of this "settlement"?

    Thanks!

    Thanks!
I'm going to remain vague on most points because I think its in the best interest of all involved at least for now. No one is trying to show up anyone and I dont want it to be precieved as such. Its just business. We want to help all involved find a solution.

Yes, we are talking to Cascade. If you are owed by Cascade you should contact us now with your account info. As I mentioned earlier, you are not committing to anything.

Were you part of the lawsuit kats? SBR paid a lawyer a mid 5 figure retainer on behalf of the players. From there it was between the players and Lenny. We were not in the loop after that. I'm pretty sure those players who got involved got Lennys info. If you are part of the suit the lawyer will give it to on request.

I have had a credit account with Cascade for years, and Lenny has personally sent me money. My agent says it's only the Post Up side where Lenny is hurting.

Wish you could personally send him some vdspread. He has made no effort whatsoever to repay the hundreds of thousands he ripped off. If he had a longer life expectancy, he would be paying the folks dribs and drabs along the way.

Owing 7 figures for 3 years is a bit more than hurting. Good thing you've somehow gotten paid, since no one else has.
