I have had some experience with bodog, and their customer service is good. The problem with bodog (as with any other on-line sportsbook) is that the recent US legislation limiting deposit funding through US banks has cause a slow down in payouts. My last payout took just over a month via 3rd party check - and I had to push them to move my payout (where before it was 1 week at the most through a ***************). However, the check cleared which was all that mattered, and all my payouts through Bodog have been sucessful Otherwise bodog is a good book to use for a first time player (more savy players will note bodog is slow posting lines or odds and may not give the best odds available.

If you like to bet dogs Bodog always has the best lines. If you tend to bet more favorites go BetJam or Bookmaker.

Bodog has good dog lines until they catch on that you are betting them and they will deal you a different line

sorry to interupt this forum but I am an active member of BoDog and am 100% pleased with this gaming site.
However I was solicited by this new site Lazer Wager and I deposited only $300 with them. The sportsbook worked fine but my AOL software was not compatible with Their Casino so I requested a refund the same day I joined and they agreed to refund my money. Well they never refunded anything so I continued to bet the sportsbook and had the acct up to $807.
When I went to cash out they told me they weren't going to payout and claimed I already requested a charge out(not true)
Stay with Bodog and don't be suckered by them. Lazer Wager is a scam. I must of caught them in at least 5 lies while they were trying to explain why they weren't going to payout. They claim it was an Error keeping my acct open after they claimed they offered a refund.

You guys, if you receive solicitation from a sportsbook click on the ratings section of this website, and see what SBR gives them as a rating. Also, see if their bonus makes sense from a business perspective. No sportsbook is going to stay in business offering free credit, or 100% bonuses up to $5K with a 3 times rollover. These are scams.

Thats now always the case actually John. It all depends if they are dealing dual lines with you or not.
