Which folder or directory in Firefox folder I need to save this file to. So I just have to download it to that folder and its ready to go, its not an exe or setup file

It should download and install. Then you can find the options in the Tools/Add-ons menu, or in the bottom right corner of your browser.

If it's not automatically giving you the option to install on download then just save it anywhere and then manually drag the icon into any open FireFox window.
