I think sports betting is illegal in all states except Nevada.

I live by Caesar's Indiana and there even is a big sign saying that sports betting is strictly prohibited.

Federal law made it illegal in any state that didn't have it when it was passed. 3 states were grandfathered - Nevada, Delaware, and one other state that I don't remember.

In theory, Delaware's legislature could authorize sports betting. most other states are out of luck though.

Oregon, which recently killed their sports lottery.

They have been trying to do that for quite sometime nowadays, but always fail to.

I'm not too up on the minutiae of non-online gambling laws, but I know NJ is always kicking around the idea of "legalizing sports betting" in NJ. I guess they would still then have to get the federal law repealed?

Default i think you can on reservations. . .

from what i have heard, the indian reservation casinos, can have sportsbetting.

I think out of the 2 or 3 on the east coast, only one fo them does, but i am pretty sure one does.

That is incorrect. There is no legal sports betting anywhere in the U.S. except for Nevada. No exceptions anywhere, regardless of who owns the casino.

Hey I was interested as well and just checked into it, Casino Windsor does have some type of sports betting. However, its canada style... minimum bet is a 2 bet parlay. No single team bets. Different ut no bad for being in Canada.
