    if someone has Phil Steele's power sweep newsletter, would you mind posting his star rated college plays? I also know that he has a big game tomorrow that he likes a lot. Anyone have information to this game? thanks for the info.

    Tout service plays are regularly posted on other sites. And I've seen them here also. No one can copyright a "pick." Nor the use of their name if they are a public persona

    Im pretty sure that is incorrect, but I aint complaining. I want the picks, whats a website I can get them at?
