We talked about Alex Jones here before but he's been hitting on the federal reserve and our smoke and mirrors false economy for years.That guy reminds me of the professor played by Sam Kinnison on Back To School with Rodney Dangerfield and he cracks me up.The entertainment value whether you agree with Jones or not is much better than you will find on Comedy Central.

It's a sad day when the conspiracy theorists are the ones telling the truth and the authority figure political ruling class are the enemy perpetrating high crimes on the masses in this country.

Jones and other Keynesian economics bashers define the 1913 federal reserve act and the 1943 war powers act as what was the beginning of the end of economic liberty and freedom for us.They also add things like FDR confiscating gold from the public and the new ''raw'' deal.Let's face it,most people in this country are worker bee drones and it's designed to be that way.Idiots that are mortgaged to the hilt have a false sense of security that things are going well and it's a friggin joke.Nothing happens by accident and everything is designed to keep the masses in line with being good do bee citizens.

Even people that are patriotic are so out of touch with what's really going on.Remember the conflict a few years back when the pledge of allegiance was being debated whether schools should make kids recite it?I was a typical neo con that thought it should have been mandatory until I found out that a communist by the name of Bellamy wrote the pledge to indoctrinate kids into being good little socialists.I think if you delve into alot of things we all were brainwashed with by government authority figures from the time we were kids we will find it was socialist indoctrination.

Thank god for the internet and google where you can read up on all the factual history that the public schools forbid to teach you.

I've listened to his shows before, he has some interesting thoughts (as well as some that are waaay out there) and makes some sense.

Not enough open minded people to think for themseves, like you said "worker bee drones".

I saw "Sicko" a few weeks ago and remember seeing an interview Moore did with a British politician who was saying that in Europe "the government fears the people" but in the US "people fear the government", I would agree with those statements.

on the side note, US has almost reached it debt ceiling...i think it is 8.16 trillion or something ( i couldn't remember the exact number). so the congress is voting on raising the debt ceiling on oct 1st.

US dollar devalution is actually a smart move for the US, US is not really teh victim here. the countries/instituitions that held US bonds are the ones getting screwed over here. if you think about it, if your curency become less valuable, then it is easiler for you to pay off your debt. now countries like china and japan are holding hot potatoes...they got shit load of us dollars in reserve they're getting screwed everytime US dollar drop.

for corporations, they don't really care because they're usually hedged in the currency future market at least 5 years ahead. plus it is better for the US trade balance.

I do however think AJ is more irritating then anything.. He does have some good info. but he cuts people off too much and it gets irritating.. I actually think AJ and most of the other alternative media (WRH) are all part of the game...

Also Pico remember this...a country devaluating it's currency to pay it's debt is another way of having the people pay for the debt... If the currency is devalued by 50% it's as if they took 50% of the people's savings (because the people's savings will devalue by 50%) to pay it's debt... So ultimately the people of that country are getting screwed...

The Canadian buck actually passed the American dollar (For 1 minute at least) at 11:00, according to the tracker at xe.com.

US forces have been holding their own since then...Sucks for me personally, as I long ago converted all my balances from Canadian to US at every sportbook I use, back when the Canadian dollar was pretty miniscule (compred to the Yank).

Weak American dollar has Saudi Arabia looking at other options. Like the euro... Normally, they follow a rate cut by the Fed. They did not this time.

It may not happen, but it is a major political tool for the Saudis, and by extension the situation in the Middle East.

I’m hearing rumours that the Canadian government is preparing to make a takeover offer for the U.S. on a one for one basis. A friend at the Royal Canadian Mint says they are printing another six trillion Canadian dollars to facilitate the transaction. This may not be required, however, should the Loonie continue to rise against the greenback.
