Have any Canadians received the free monthly payout by regular mail from DSI ?

They are now telling me that the free monthly payout is only for Americans, despite them saying on their website that it's free for both Americans and Canadians:

I didn't see anything in the latest scan about this one on the rules monitor. Did this just take place starting today Halifax?

I didn't see anything in the latest scan about this one on the rules monitor. Did this just take place starting today Halifax?

They rejected a cheque payout request that I made a few days ago (the free monthly payout), so I called up today to find out why. They told me that they only do the free monthly payouts to Americans (despite what their website says).

Their 'Withdrawals' page still shows (the last time I checked, anyway) that they do the free monthly payouts to both Americans and Canadians.
