Question - Please Help
This such like a degenerate, but I have a serious question.
A few months ago, I lost a few hundred on one of the A+ books casino. I expressed my concern how rigged the casino appeared to be, as my beats were unreal.
Anyhow, I request that my casino be restricted, NO MATTER WHAT, even I requested. The GM who I sent the email agreed, and said don't ask, as it will not be turned on.
Well, today, I was curious to see if they would turn it on and they did, and I proceed to dump my account.
Sounds like a degenerate, but I am really not so I would appreciate not giving me shit, and answer the question honestly.
Thanks!

Hopefully you saved the emails. If you did email Dozer because I think you'll have a good chance of getting your money back since this is an A+ book.

Honestly......you asked to have it turned back on. Sounds like you were more than curious. Could you not physically stop yourself when you say things were going badly?
Everyone has made a silly bet. Or dropped some cash at a brick and mortar casino. As an adult isn't it your responsibility to police yourself?

JBC - That is why I asked them NEVER to turn it on!
Anymore feedback?

Bill,
Can you help with this? I have left an email with the CS Manager for this A+ Book. Of course I will give him a chance to resolve this.
Your thoughts?
FWIW - I have been a good player for this book since football started.

I'm not trying to be rude. I'm aware that this sort of thing is needed. I guess if I did something foolish like that....I don't know if I could come out here and ask for someone to retrieve my money. Thats just me. If you won, would you have come out here and asked someone to give the winnings back to the book and shut the casino down?

I don't think that you can do anything more than to have SBR go to bat for you and see what happens. Write an email to Dozer, forward all the emails and see what happens.

Bro,
I'm concerned that you tried to access the casino again, after you knew you had gone to the trouble of requesting exclusion, and having a GM confirm you won't be granted access at all. I'd like to see you refunded here, because he seemed to give his word, but if you don't start making better decisions you'll just lose your money back in a flash. Stay away from the casino if it's not your thing.

Trust me as I send in my original post, it is very degenerate like and I am embarrased to even post this, but I thought it was worth asking.

Seriously, don't stay up all night thinking about it. Just go get some sleep.
Have all your casinos turned off. I don't know your situation but if you had a bad Sunday with the games, the worst thing that you can do is hit the casino.
I'm not trying to preach to you but I've seen this type of thing happen over and over again. You'll see things more clearly in the morning.

Calm down, we're on your side. If Bill can help he will, in the mean time just get the casinos closed on any other books you have money on.

Had you won during your casino "bender", would you be writing SBR to force the Book to take the money back? As JBC77 mentioned, you made a conscious and deliberate effort to get back into the action. As such, you should be held responsible for the loss. More importantly, you likely have an addiction to least this form of betting. Consider G.A.; the number is posted somewhere on this site.

I don't understand why anyone would use any of those casinos in the first place. I bet through Pinny, and not once have I ever bothered with the Casino they have there. I don't even know what it looks like. Heck, the only time I bother going to my local brick and mortar casino is when they have a concert going on that I want to see, after the show I'll play maybe $100 or so dollars at the $5 BlackJack table, but that's it.
The way I see it, at least betting on sports you have a chance, casinos you have no chance, especially the online ones. I mean, a brick and mortar casino playing BlackJack the cards are random, but the online casinos could easily rig them, no difference than a slot machine.

In Mississippi I knew of many people that had themselves banned from the casinos. One lady was a very prominent person in town and she continued to gamble. She hit a jackpot on a casino and since she was banned could not collect. Once you asked to be banned there you can never have it lifted. The online book rules should be the same. The reason for the bans are to protect people and they should be taken serious. They should have never opened his account back. Good chance if he had hit something big he would not have been paid.

If that happened, he would be asking SBR to collect for him. Sorry, but you can't have it both ways.

That's not my point. The point is there are safe guards to protect the player. Like in the real casinos if you ask to be banned it should be lifetime no ifs and buts. That is how the real casinos do it. The online should be the same.
