Used Omega to deposit some money last week via ** and all went through in about 30 minutes. Deposited via ** tonight to place some bets on the evening games, only to end up waiting forever while my deposit was "in process".

Finally I get on the live chat and am told that "the ** service is down right now, the earliest we can process your deposit is tomorrow".

Some advanced warning on the front of their site or some sort of notice on the ** deposit page that the service was down would have been nice.

I was able to deposit on another site via **, so I guess the ** service is only down for Omega users tonight.

I will never use that service again. I didn't deposit money tonight so that I could wager on tomorrow's games. That is assuming they really do process my wager tomorrow as they have stated.

Not a good way to get things going for an upstart service like Omega.

And to whom did they have you wire the money? A person? Or the name of a business?

all these places are fly buy nights trying to make a quick buck, it will not work with usa customers, way too many obstacles.

Sorry to hear that you were disatisfied with the service. Depending on when you make your deposit with ** or ********** will affect when the transaction is processed. Basically if your ** or ** is made after 8 PM EST it will be processed the following day.

Just for general information you can use your CC to send a ** or ********** up to $1000 to Omega.

I am glad to see that there is no follow-up response, that must mean the second transaction you mentioned was processed successfully.

The transaction was not done after 8pm EST it was around 7pm EST and wasn't completed until Monday at about 2pm EST.

That is crappy service.

Just to give it one more shot, I'm waiting on another one that was done just now, we'll see how long it takes to process. It's before 8pm EST.

Advantages of using Omega versus going straight to a site are as follows:

Omega can be funded by ** and ** using a CC.

Omega can simplify your transactions to multiple sites.

Omega does not have the same limitations that some sites have on the weekend with regard to conducting ** and ** transactions.

I know some of you have wanted to see lower payout fees from Omega and Omega will be making an important announcement later today on a reduced fee for payouts.
