Ding ding ding. I've think we've got a winner. Basically no fees and EFTs to Canada!!!! Now we just need books to start using it... We can only hope.

Dear Increasedodds, Yes, you may withdraw to canada and deposit with no problem! Many books are still integrating our online tools, we will try to keep an updated list of books that signed up with us. If not listed, you can encourage your favorite books to sign up too so that you can enjoy the benefits of our service. We expect to have a full list of the book we are working with within the next 7 - 14 days. Please, feel free to contact me with further questions at: mariana@moneywindow.net |

As soon as the major books begin to sign on--you will have more business than you know what to do with. And, if you answer an email in less than 24 hours--you will steal from Moneybookers also.
I assume you will do business with banks anywhere in the world except USA? Hope the local online Costa books will be smart and help you get started. I wish you luck and I will hopefully be a new customer. Tu amigo, Gracias P.S. Will you take bank wires that use intermediaries? Last edited by katstale; 09-15-2007 at 05:25 PM.. |

Please keep us updated on the list of sportsbooks you will support. As soon as you can get some A rated books in there......I'll be your customer. So will a ton of heads out here.

We do not deal with ANY Banks in the USA, and no one in the company is a USA person, We already are processing a lot of volume for local books, several of the BIG ones, and the reason we brought the wallet to market was to make it easier for them and the players to move money amongst themselves. - Mariana - MoneyWindow |

The "PS"
We usually prefer to receive funds via wire in Eur and as such no US Intermediaries are involved. Once received, we post the NET amount received on conversion to USD to the users account. |

A few of our clients who we process for manually are A rated books. We cannot release any names however until they are integrated to our online system. With the biger ones this can take time as the work has to make its way through the various levels of management and then tech. -Mariana |

Your accepting U.S customers? You mentioned before something about converting euros to USD. Can't I just FedEx you a check or moneyorder? |

I don't want to salivate on my keyboard, but do you allow peer-to peer? And if so, at what fee?

Yes, we accept US customers. You can courier us a Check, but remember as we do not work with US Banks, clearing checks "offshore" takes time ( a few weeks ). We recommend that you use person to person money transfer options as it is the fastest, and safest. |

Hey BBD (and SBR) - here is an idea.
Maybe you can start ratings on payment processors / e-wallets? If you could visit with the folks in this industry like you do with the books, that would give everyone a little better feeling about doing business with the various companies. Mariana - Will a customer be able to hold accounts in USD and transact with books in USD without conversion fees? |

Regarding holding funds. e-wallet / virtual accounts in our system are denominated in USD. We do not charge any conversion fees or anything like that. However, some of the methodology in our transfers, especially bank transfers may incur small conversion charges by the banks involved. I am afraid there is no avoiding this. -Mariana |

This is a question that would be best answered by either Bill or John at this time cloudagh.
I believe Bill had a processor ratings system before, but scraped the idea when the DOJ was cracking the whip hard.

It's worth mentioning that the article is worthless, as PRWEB basically means it's a Press Release they wrote themselves.

All sounds good so far. Once the books are announced I will probably give these guys a trial run.
This is what we all want.... Something as easy as neteller used to be. Banking out of Canada is not much to ask these days for the ability to use efts/wires easily. I am sure many processors will spring up and close, but if you are a processor and have the technical ability to run the business, there is no reason to do that. Neteller was doing $200,000 in revenue per day when they left. Someone certainly will step up. -Sean |

I'm still not sold on this being the best an eWallet can do for Americans. Perhaps no one has figured out a viable work around, but this seems unnecessary. If I'm going to use a money transfer service, I'm doing it directly to the book, not paying an extra charge to the middle man.
This seems like it could be worthwhile for Canadians or whatever, but right now I think we need to wait for a company to step up and try to replace Neteller. Maybe that will never happen? ![]() |

Crazy - they will accept US bank wires... Much easier to send one wire than countless ones...

Sean, I read this as saying you can not do a wire as they don;t work with US banks, but can send a cashiers check?

There site says you can send a wire.
I think he meant they do not use US banks, so a check will take a while to clear... |

How do Americans get money in and out of your system?
ACH, checks, echecks, bank wires, credit or debit cards? |

I certainly can't answer that for them. But, from my perspective, any money processor will have to demonstrate a lot before I will consider them. Depositing directly to your book (wsex for people that don't know) is still really easy. |

Some pretty hefty fees, more than 8% for a P2P why?

I was looking at the fees pretty close and maybe I missed something? Yea, it would be 8% if you are transferring $100. But at 1% plus $8.95, that makes out to be better than Neteller if you are P2P large sums. Somebody correct that if I am wrong. |

I think we can expect to see different companies coming out of the woodwork the first few weeks of football season. We must contain ourselves and try not to salivate too much. A good company will come, but it will have to prove itself. Simply examining a companies fees is a recipe for disaster, no matter what books roll the dice. Until then I'll continue depositing how I am and longing for Neteller.

What am I missing? If they don't work with US banks
that means most of us will fund through WU or MG, how does that help? Why wouldn't I just fund the book with those same methods. What advantage to the US player? This seems to me just another Omega type solution, which may or may not be a solution for US? |
