I thought I'd pass along a spot play system I learned over 25 years ago. I wish I could remember the source, but I can only take credit for re-naming the method. You'll get 8-12 plays a year on average and it has hit over 65% versus the spread since I've been using it--amassing more than 200 plays.

Here it is: Take any NFL Home Team this week, favored by 3 points or less (and pick 'em is allowed--but not 'dogs), provided they won their last game by 7 points or more.

Obviously there were no plays last week , but this Sunday there is one:

Take Detroit -3 (over Minn).
