Mr D does a great job. The amount of emails and complaints this guy handles is unreal. You guys have no idea how hard it is to work with a pissed off bookmaker that you just told he should pay some scammer because the player/scammer did not break any posted rules. And then there are the scammers who did break a rule and when Bill sides with the book the player/scammer transforms into psycho calling 30 times a day with death threats. All in a days work for The Rock.
