twice I was told that the fee was 25$, by two different people. Before I transferred, I specifically asked about the fee and was told 25$ and then after waiting two freakin' hours I called back and was told that it takes at least 2 hours which is bullshit and the fee would be 25$. Finally, when I called abc and they called bookmaker with me on the line, I was told the fee was 100$. I realize I could've cancelled my transfer but by that time I was tired of fvcking with them.

These kind of transfers have always been favors for long time good customers. If ABC can not process ************ you really can't deposit at CRIS and then transfer to ABC. They processed your CC deposit so you could play there not so you could transfer the cash. Hopefully, you can see where they are coming from.

Cris fees and juice are hard to swallow, for sure. Why wouldn't it be in most books' best interest to allow free flow of money between books? I would think most books would see a net increase of action if it were easier, faster and cheaper to get money in and out. It would work like a tax cut.

The only reason a book would avoid this is if they have bad juice or bad service. Then of course they would want to keep your money captive as long as possible.

I agree there should be a processing fee for the book, but in this case it seems like the book is saying f!@# you.

In the current climate it is extremely expensive and difficult for books to process CC deposits. Cris still offers this, Jazz doesn't. I'm not surprised they'd like you to actually play with them for a while before transferring your money out.

I gave them plenty of action and hit a couple nice bets, so I tried 2 transfers to 5Dimes. Both were promised to be done within "minutes", The first one took about 30 hours because BM gave an incorrect account number but insisted they made no error. The second one took about the same time because they didn't process it when requested, only after I asked the status. It still took many hours once the request was verified, so it comes as no surprise others are having problems. This is definitely not an A book IMHO.

Nothing besides free payouts of course, and more props. I prefer to get free payouts and have my money in hand in less than a week when I cashout!

Correct. I have never worked out why they are called 5 dimes, as I understand it 5 dimes would actually be 10 max bets there? I suppose 1/2 a dime doesn't sound so great - was 50 cent taken?
