    I placed a $500 wager on WVU -13.5 for the second half. Finalized the bet, but unfortunatley did not write down the confirmation #.

    Bet easily won, and suddenly the wager vanished from my account.

    I should have used the screenshot capture tool, but did not.

    After my bets for the next two days have cleared, I will close this account for good.

    that does sound crazy. i would be really pissed too if that happened to me.

    They tell me they send emails confirming every bet, yet out of the seven bets I placed today, I got one email.

    We see this a lot from all books. Thats why we developed the screen capture tool. Obviously VIP didnt watch the game and cancel your bet. WV was losing that bet at the start of the 4th qtr.

    But things happen. A server hangs or a database reindexes or a sun spot interrupts or who knows. It happens. Print the confirm, save the confirm page or use the SBR capture tool and this potential problem is eliminated.

    All I can say is your screen shot tool is the best invention here yet. Get it set up for fire fox tho please.

    Was scolded by book management for posting negative messages on this site, and have had my account closed and balance sent to me. They sited this incident as well as one from in May when I made a few posts regarding a long payout period.

    My advice: watch what you say on here, less you ruffle some feathers.

    It will save your azz... We have never had a case go against a player when there was a screen capture involved, not even from low rated books.

    Sportsbook "lost all of my pending transactions" for this week after their website went down. I had been with them for 4 years and had quit writing my bets down. Thanks to this website and went to BOOKMAKER and I am printing everything.

    do that mean nothing was reimbursed in this case, like you lost every dollar wagered?
