Thinking about moving to Kuwait
Anyone ever been there? I think it would be nice to live there since it is a rich country and every day is a beautiful sunny day  . Villas are pretty expensive. 4 bedroom, 3 bath for 693.6K USD  . Real Estate Kuwait. I can't find anymore real estate web sites for Kuwait. Only that one and it has only 5 villas/apartments for sale  . |

Kuwait is one of the most austere/boring places on the planet.
The fact that there is no income tax is a plus but really there is nothing to do.

I go there a few times a year. Would never want to live there but it's a nice place to relax with St Maarten a short boat ride if you want to get a bit more wild.

It is not like Dubai, alcohol is completely banned. A former colleague of mine who planned on making some homebrew even had a consignment of yeast confiscated by Kuwaiti customs.

I don't drink alcohol anyway so this doesn't effect me. In fact this is a big plus to me. I just saw on the news that some 19 year old girl was killed by a drunk driver.
