And no they don't have anything better to do, because the government doesn't just work as one big whole unit....that is fking common sense. If they would wait until after the taxes are received they could do it for less. Count the people who fill out their taxes, execute the ones who need an extension(they knew last year this was coming up again), then mail out the census forms. Those who don't do their taxes will get punished much more severly than if they don't fill out the census, which kills two birds with one stone, then put the squeeze on those jackasses who refuse to fill out the census, maybe let them serve a year in prison, then we would not have this problem in 2020.
