They should be OK to play at for you, because I don't recall reading any recent complaints about them for at least 6 months or so.
The problem is that they don't accept U.S. or Canadian players anymore. In fact Stockdale Investment Ltd has 3 books in there family that don't accept players from these two countries (Gameday, VIP, or Nine)

I remember nine.com having pretty crumby software for placing bets, didn't stay there long.
They still accept bets from current US guys but no new ones allowed. I'm told that some of the grandfathered US guys got a $100 no-deposit bonus this week for coming back.
