I noticed on your website that for neteller withdrawals you charge $15 + 2% Thats clearly more than what neteller charges. Are you adding on some administrative fee. Seems a bit exccesive to me.

We offer one free payout per month...

Is that to recoup the cost for the free withdraws you give?Originally Posted by jay88

so on a $2500 withdrawal that isn't free, is 2% of $2500 = $50. or is it $15 for the first $500 + 2% of the remaining $2000 for a total of $55.
But contrary to my original understanding, it isn't going to be 2% of $2500 + $15 for a net of $65

Marc,
You are entitled to one free payout per month, if you request more than a payout per month this are the fees.
If you ask for a withdrawal up to $500 we'll charge you $15.
If you ask for a withdrawal from $501 up we'll charge you 2% of the withdrawal amount.

So thats not $15, plus the 2% on $501 and above?Originally Posted by jay88
So it would be a fee of $10.02 to withdrawal $501 after your free one?
Or would it be $25.02, adding the $15 to the 2% total?

We will only charge 2% on withdrawals over $500...

Ok, I wanted to see that "only" in there.Originally Posted by jay88

2% seems a little steep to me, considering most other books out there don't charge anything or charge a flat fee of $15 or $25 for a withdrawal, regardless of the ammount...
