Bookmaker Hard Shove
I'll let you guys in the forum talk this over, tell what you think.
Here goes, I was in the BOOKMAKER site late last night, i was in the contest section, i went to click on the free contests, the screen popped up, i assumed it was the free contest screen and i clicked on enter, but low and behold it was the 50.00$ screen.
Now I'm entered in a 50.00$ handicapping contest i want no part of, I call support, i ask to be withdrawn from the contest, i get 15 minutes worth of run-a-round, and then I'm asked to call back in the morning.
Now is morning, I call to ask to be removed, they tell tough luck, I can't be removed, I tell them i am going to write about this in the forums, their response, "do as you please, you can't hurt us".
what do you guys think?

Sadly, Bookmaker/Cris's customer service is mediocre. I'm sorry you're having issues with them.
Did you know it would cost $50 before you confirmed?

OH YEA, BY THE WAY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, THEY WERE RUDE AND PASSED THE BUCK AROUND FOR 15 MINUTES EACH TIME I CALLED.

A+ is too high for sure. I wonder if SBR knows Bookmaker/DSI's newest policy is not to allow players to play moneylines with their free plays. Especially annoying if you already built up some free plays and all of the sudden their value decreases.

furthermore, they were disrespectful to me first, thats what you can expect from them when you have a dispute, also i'm not the first to bitch about them, theres at least 2 more running complaints in the covers forum. these on line books better get there shit together, it won't be long and they will be regulated by uncle sam, you know thats coming, right?

Bookmaker really does suck, i signed up because they said 20% bonus In big ****ing letters on their site, sure enough i deposit 200 and ask for the bonus and lo and behold they tell me that the minimum deposit to get the bonus is 300, thanks for not writing that anywhere!
Crappiest CS of any book and there are plenty bad ones

Look at games 405, 415 and 420 over at Bookmaker. Now go sign up over there, get in the poker room and I'll take your money.
