    Default Early Upsets in the Making

    Big one is that Univ of Michigan is losing in 4th Q to 1-AA Appy St. Some posters here predicted it - take your bows, gents. (But who was booking it?)

    Colo St, a fg dog to Colorado, is up by that much.

    And near halftime Wyoming has a ten pt lead on Virginia. Cavs were one of my bets, but when i listed them I wondered why the line seemed so much lower (3.5 pts) than my own line had the game. I'd figured it may be a trap game, and it looks like it may have been. (IE, I was trapped!)

    great for the game. this is similar to march madness. these "no names" come out of nowhere and hang with the big boys. professional teams need to really jack up their recruiting at these smaller less known schools...these kids have talent.

    Michigan had two field goals blocked in the 4th quarter. I felt a number 5 ranking was a little premature on Michigan. Appalachian state is a very good football team and you have to give them there props.
