The Premierbet (SBR rating D-) sportsbook website is now back online despite that the book's parent company, Interactive Gaming Holdings PLC, announcement that it is insolvent and the stock remains suspended. Debt to players is estimated to be well beyond the £400,000 that the sportsbook was seeking from investors. SBR continues to receive complaints daily. Phone calls and emails to the sportsbook are unanswered.

Additionally on the site ( http://www.premierbet.com/premierbet...oHelpLegAndDis ) they claim to be wholly licensed and legitimately within UK jurisdiction, which is of course no longer the case given they decided back in the spring to not file for the new license and permits, so effectively they are operating illegally as of today.

Any news about Premierbet? I am still waiting for money since 29th of July.

Site been up lately but not right now.

I do of course count my money as lost. Not a fortune there but should have kept my balance much lower there.

Is there any reason to have any hope whatsoever?

Has SBR had any contact with the owners of the site so that they can give any new information?

I haven't heard anything new about them personally. Maybe Bill does though.

Not that Premierbet site is likely to ever be back online again but why not change rating to F as if they ever show up online again there should be no incitament to ever deposit there because they will never sort out their problems?
