I just opened my account with WSEX. I am reallizing that many of the game totals are "Circled". I am sure this is common terminology but why do books do this?

I got pissed when I couldn't parlay Navy 1st half and the under. Whether its a winner or not, I hate being restricted. Is this normal? I don't recall having "Circled" bets at Pinnacle or Bet 365 before the government flipped out.

I have been betting for 10 years but I am by no means a pro with the terminology like the folks on SBR.
