What you'll need:
2 ripe avocados
Extra Spicy Guacamole Mix
1 tomato chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
cilantro
garlic
sour cream

Nice attempt buddy but you need to come to Southern California to have real guacamole. You have the right idea, but there are a few flaws.
1.) Never put Sour Creme in Guacamole
2.) Always use fresh cilantro
3.) You need to add lemon or lime juice
4.) You don't want to over mix the shit. Leave it a little chunky

Good luck with that friday shit bud. This is basically a 5 day holiday weekend for some people that I know. Ususally a 4 day but with St. Pattys tomorrow I know a few buddies that have taken off the next 3 days and have started friday happy hour as I type on this tuesday afternoon. Sick f**ks, used to be able to do it when I was young, but no more. LOL

Thanks bigboy, been doing it this way for awhile, but will add Mendoza's tips next time. I always use freeze dried cilantro since I rarely have use for the herb for anything other than this and maybe a couple other Mexican dishes. It tastes pretty good-close to fresh, not as good of course but better than most you can buy. Good tips though, I will use them next time I make it and let you know.

. If you make a few minor adjustments next time, I think you'll enjoy the guacamole a little bit more. Don't get me wrong though, Id gladly eat your original product

Sounds good, your tweaks may be exactly what it needs. Although it will be hard to leave out the sour cream.
