    ALBANY
    By WNYT Staff

Three men are under arrest after a two-month investigation by the Albany and Schenectady county sheriff's departments.

Police say 53-year-old Richard Suwinski, 65-year-old Robert Kahn and 42-year-old Todd Victor were involved in a gambling enterprise.

Investigators used a wire tap and say the three took bets in multiple locations for about $900,000 in the last two months.

One hundred thousand dollars was seized along with betting slips, gambling records and computer equipment.

Suwinski faces felony charges. The other two face misdemeanors

He must have been accepting wagers across state lines. Something to do with interstate gambling. Otherwise it should have fell into the misdemeanor area.

Reminds me of a good book I just read - "Confessions Of An Ivy League Bookie" by Peter Alson. It's a quick, interesting read.
