Didn't paypal stop all gambling transactions?

Or was that only for US players?

Nobody that is reputable enough to play at of thats for sure, or at least that I know of. However, I do recall Dimeline (part of the futurebet family of books) did offer paypal in some capacity.

My advice would be to steer clear though.

Default you can use paypal indirectly

You can use paypal indirectly by loading a prepaid card that accepts paypal, such as ********.com, then use a ******** **** card at a sportsbook.

If I remember correctly that Dimeline PayPal e-mail turned out to be a hoax, no?

    Was it a hoax Ganchrow?

I just remember reading something about it about a month a go (give or take), but I really never explored this matter all that much either.

    In an email from dimeline:

Paypal is no longer a option. We do however offer credit or DC
deposits up to $500 per transaction.

We payout via cashiers check in the mail which takes 3-10 days to
    arrive.

Apparently I was wrong about it having been a hoax.

I do remember them getting a judgment through the courts over there, but now you have me curious Bill. Which sites in the UK accept that still?

I did have some free time on my hands. So I did manage to find that Ladbrokes accepts this method of payment in certain geographical areas.

I noticed that as well Santo. I also did find that Bwin accepts it as well. I also noticed that it takes up to roughly 6 hours before your account is credited. Do you know if thats just a estimated time or is that pretty much on the money?

R3Sports, if you want to play at most of the A books, you are not going to be able to use paypal. As I said, you can use it indirectly by going to www.********.com and ordering a **** DC. According to ********, you can load your DC from paypal. I personally wouldn't bother with paypal. There are plenty of banks in my city that sell **** gift cards to non customers. I actually buy them at my own bank - but they sell to non customers. I am not going to disclose the bank, or everyone else will go there. If you load up 10 different **** gift cards, from banks or whereever, they usually will all work, but some at only 1 place and others at all of them, so buy small denoms first until you are sure that they all work. If you live outside the U.S. then use moneybrookers or neteller.

US Players can't use Betfair, Ladbrokes etc period, regardless of payment method. Paypal deposits are immediate, withdrawls a few hours at Betfair, no experience anywhere else.
