Still waiting to see how some of these injury factors play out before I make my selections for week one.

I'm not saying your wrong at all with that Texas play. All I'm saying is thats a lot of points to lay in the opening game of the year, even considering how bad of team Arkansas St. is.

Theres no way on earth I'm touching that USC game. I can't play on or against them. I guess if you stuck a gun to my head and forced me to pick it, I'd have to lay the 45 though.

For what its worth, I have Georgia winning their game by a minimum of 2 touchdowns. Could easily turn into a blowout early.

Georgia has the most skilled offense in the SEC (skill positions being non-offensive line of course). They have been in the top 5 or top 10 in recruiting now for like 7 years. They have just reloaded. O-Line is inexperienced but their QB will go top 5 overall in the NFL draft by the time he leaves. Oliver leaving hurt but plenty of talent everywhere. Talent on Oklahoma St. not even remotely comparable. Line is -6 at some places. Actually started at 7. Whoever bet it down is wrong.

    Just a heads up.

I prefer blowing my load on the NFL opener.

Heres what I wrote earlier in IMG's thread in regards to Georgia.

Please don't get me wrong here, because I feel Georgia will be a very solid team this year. However, I've always been leery about taking them giving 7 or more points over the last 4 years now. They just don't seem to score many points at all for some reason, not to mention they do seem to play up and down to there level of compotision, which scares the living hell out of me.
