WinaMax enters the SBR rating guide with frustration already
WinaMax enters the SBR rating guide at D+.
Recent feedback has been negative. Players have reported canceled wagers on two events that have already started and on lines that show no evidence of being obvious errors. Bettors also voiced frustration over poor communication via email, fax and phone.

I didn't rate them at all Vanman. I'm sure John and Bill took all factors into consider though when making there final rating on them.

They seem to be rated far too high, and I expect the post you will have from disgruntled customers will confirm this.
Sports forums across Europe are filled with complaints about these people who have used various delaying tactics to avoid payment even when they admit they owe the money due.
An 'F' rating would have been more appropriate.
Do you guys have any links for the serious complaints to post here? You may be right about the rating and they will be downgraded if communication on these payouts do not pick up soon. Thanks.

Hi.
I did a post on Winamax about my Soccer bet being canceled after game had started.
Since then I got the cash I had in account back £519 ( but it was slow about 4 to 5 weeks)
Once I got my cash I sent them a recorded delivery letter.
Basically just stating that if they want to get a good name honor bets, and speed up payouts.
Anyway I thought no more about it.
Last Friday I received an Email "Bet Won" paid out the £43 at 5.8, I was needless to say a bit surprised.
I have been on the site since and find I cannot bet on anything.
As I don't play Poker I will have to withdraw my cash.
Will keep you posted as to how I get on.
