Is there a difference between BookMaker & DSI?

My understanding is that Bookmaker is Cris with a new site for US players. DSI I thought was a different company (or at least different management) that was backed by Cris and used Cris' lines and platform.
Could be very wrong though.

just spoke with a CS rep at DSI.
DSI has higher limits apparently...NFL 20K/NCAA 10K...Dimelines on MLB after 10:30am ET the day of the game...
Not bad....too bad my betpoints from bookmaker cannot be transfered
