I never had any problems with betandwin payouts, some with bigger ammounts than 900 USD, so I guess you shouldn't give up hope to receive your winnings....As I remember, that before my first payout, the security procedure to verify my account took them abt 10 days, maybe this is happening in your case too....

Since that I use Playit or Betoto (they now offer 50 EUR 100% first deposit bonus) instead of Betandwin, same office with same events, just they don't give you low betting limits if you win....

I m also using betandwin and betoto.I noticed that they are extremely slow in pay outs.Few months ago i requested a withdrawall from betoto to my CC and it took them 14 days to finish it.I think sooner or later they will pay you.
Also i noticed that it takes 4-5 days to answet to my mails.I m sending them to the greek CS of betoto, probably the english is much faster.Rusalka, i can understand from your nick that you might be Russian, maybe their Russian CS is even worst.Keep us informed about everything.

there is no doubt BetandWin is rock solid financially speaking, but there are dozens of complaints like this one...and few regarding the cancellation of winning bets without valid reasons.

I personally dealt with the cancellation of some cricket bets and I was very surprised to find out, the "cricket department" at BaW didn't know the rules of the game and just made up its own.

A lot of recreational players seem to like them though.
