Wow what a difference.

I sent to bank wires on 8th August. By today neither had been creditted to my account.

The wire details for both companies are very similar

So contacted WSEX via live chat, very helpful customer service rep traced the money (it HAD been received) and creditted my account.

So next contacted Matchbook who wouldnt check and told me to put a trace on it via my bank. Told me all wires were checked and creditted daily and that they wouldnt go out of there way to help.

Thought I would try again just in case the rep I spoke to at matchbook was one of the poorer ones. Seems that is not the case.
Still no luck.
At the moment I would suggets not using wire with matchbook

I stick to e-mail contact with both, and have had only good experiences. With live chat you never know who you might get.

I have always had prompt responses with MB & WSEX...never used a wire, but I know people who have moved 5 figured in 6 days no problems....gl

Thanks, it does seem I am not alone in having problems with Matchbook wire problems.

Well Matchbook promised me a call by 2.00 pm today. Havent received it yet.
